They're not the cheapest, they're definitely not the most expensive, but the overall value of the service delivered to the vendor was unquestionably the best. Stanford's were very helpful with a very first class attitude to helping me get a new tenant in. I needed my apartment renting and within 1 week this was done with several viewings. I used Stanfords to re let my property. I dealt with the Bitterne office and the Eastleigh office and both were great. They found a new tenant within a few days and were also very reasonably priced.
