If you are looking to vape I couldnt recommend this place more highly. Jake and the team are knowledgeable and will guide you through, whether it be choosing a vape, changing liquids or strength. They really take their time with each customer. Once you are a customer they remember you and make you feel valued. 6 stars. Gaynor Greenland.

Really knowledgeable helpful guys, when I bought the wrong coils they replaced them no issues at all. Always happy to knock a quid off when you order a few bits and the loyalty card actually is worth having and doesn't take spending 1000s to earn a few pence back. Great store, would f go anywhere else.

Having looked into the other vape shops windows - all looked disinterested, apart from Soton Fogger - I met Jacob inside, who was friendly approachable and extremely knowledgeable. Been a smoker 45 years, and didn't really have a clue, Jacobs expertise, and advice, after asking questions was Superb. I was more than happy upon leaving, with 3xliquids,plus a suitable machine, and a wider filter. Even after payment he set everything up for me. I will only go there in future. Quality 5 star service, highly recommended.
