Belvoir Southampton

I want to say a big thank you to the Belvoir Team & Gwen for helping my partner and I rent a lovely 1-bedroom flat in such a short space of time. Everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally and they were easy to communicate with the whole time. It has been our first month in our new home and we are so happy with the place, no problems with anything! We also received a cute Welcome Box of goodies from Belvoir on our move-in day, I absolutely loved the thought that was put in to that. Thank you!

As a new owner of a flat, I trusted Lorretto and Gwen at Belvoir to find the perfect tenants who would be happy in the property. They guided me through the purchase process and in finding the perfect residents. I have used Belvoir as letting agents since 2014 and have been extremely happy with their service. They give a personal service, making me feel I am not just a number in their books. All the staff have always been very quick at dealing with correspondence, are friendly and professional, and sorted out any problems straight away. I would thoroughly recommend Belvoir, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
