Mercedes Benz UK aware of situation, they said they would contact the dealership directly and also raise the issue as a compliant. Update after 10 days from MB UK saying dealership not responding to them. They will continue to chase for a resolution.
I would like the dealership to take responsibility and repair the damage caused to the car. Job Number 150658
