Wouldnt get my car serviced here again, Paid 5.60 for screen wash even though I put that screen wash in the day before. Didnt have my car cleaned inside or out like it said on my paperwork. Not received the video of my inspection of my vehicle like it said on the paperwork. I was waiting half hour even through my car was out the front waiting and the lady said she was waiting for the paperwork. Overall Im shocked by my experience here at Southampton Mercedes and by the looks of it there was another two other people not happy with the waiting times and sounds like a lot of miscommunication with how long things take. I will now take my car to a local garage going forward because theres nothing special about taking it to Mercedes apart from adding stuff to paperwork that didnt happen.

So very disappointed by recent warranty work carried out on my car. Warranty work completed ok but the interior of my car was damaged whilst in the workshops. I have tried to contact the service department with no success. All my attempts to talk to them are re-routed back to reception. The receptionist has made the service department aware of the situation and the general manager has been cc'd into the communication. No email address provided so unable to send photos of damage. Mercedes Benz UK aware of situation, they said they would contact the dealership directly and also raise the issue as a compliant. Update after 10 days from MB UK saying dealership not responding to them. They will continue to chase for a resolution. I would like the dealership to take responsibility and repair the damage caused to the car. Job Number 150658
