We were well supported throughout the Mediation process and the subsequent applications to meet the requirements of the Divorce Court. Linda was very clear and even-handed in her dealings with us and from the outset created a calm environment in which to satisfactorily resolve our differences. This enabled us to minimise the potential emotional and financial costs of a protracted adversarial legal confrontation. Despite the Court process being delayed by the Covid 19 pandemic, Linda was able to offer further good counsel in dealing with the additional administrative obstacles this raised. Overall, we would both highly recommend Van Beers Mediation.
