        Very rude customer service, batameez lady

        Very disappointed! First time I visited the shop, and the response from ladies at the reception was totally disappointed. Ordered a veg dish full portion and 2 chappathis (just to cover the 5-pound barrier to pay with card), and later told that no breads available. Then I try to order a chicken curry, they are not even listening to me. Finally, I decided to stepped out, realise that they are not considering value of customers. There are so many other take aways nearby, I suggest to try those.

        The food is on point and great taste of Punjab as well, authentic. The staff is also nice. Would definitely recommend. Value for money.

        Food very good, however premises are not inviting. Could do with bringing in Japanese design team to show how and some cleaning would be good.
