al Covo Massage Waxing Well-Being

I've gone back to Steve after a fairly long break and had a Reiki and Shirodhara session this week. It really felt amazing, a real deeply relaxing and profound experience. It's like you are on a guided journey of visualisation and grounding. Had Reiki, Shirodhara, Ear Candling, Reflexology, Chakra Balancing last year in the summer. Always felt much better, refreshed, revived, ready to face the world. Looking forward to trying the infrared sauna blanket next week. Steve is the best!

Ive been visiting al Covo since August 2011. On every 2nd or 3rd visit i have an Ayurvedic Vishesh deep tissue massage. For me its a great stretching and stress-busting therapy, always a fantastic invigorating experience. Afterwards i feel as if i am 3 inches taller, and usually have to adjust the mirrors in the car (again) !!

I have been going to Steve for a number of years specifically for neck and back problems due to frequent air travel. His neck, shoulder and back massage is the best - firm and effective and completely sorts me out. His treatment room is beautiful and Steve is always very polite, friendly and knowledgable. I thoroughly recommend!!
