        Booked a massage for 1pm.. went there 5 minutes early, door was locked. So phoned them, they said come back at 1.20 which I did.. Went in and lady said its gonna be another 10 minutes.. I upped and left and won't be going back..

        I would have accepted that this is a shabby establishment, that the massage bed didn't have a cut out so that I could lie on my front comfortably, that the room was so small that my masseuse could not get to my head (I specifically asked her to concentrate on my neck, shoulders and lower back) but, I cannot forgive them for providing me with someone who actually could not massage properly to save her life! My daughter could have done better and she is only a well-meaning amateur. If I had not been required to pay before the massage, I think that I would have refused to pay after the massage. I suggest that you give this business a miss, I certainly will!
