MF Martial Arts South

Absolutely love the classes, my son and daughter started when they were 4, we all now train as a family

My son has been attending Matt Fiddes Martial arts South since he was 5. He is now aged 9 and attends 2 classes a week. These classes have helped with his focus and concentration and we use the focus skills learnt at home. Prior to my son attending MF I was called into school and spoken to about his behaviour in school and towards other pupils. Since starting with MF I have not been called in once and I feel these classes have had a major part in that, as they learn to have respect for others, focus and concentration, plus he learns when it is appropriate to use his martial arts. I love these classes for my son and so does he, he has made some great friends and so have I. I attend the adult classes which are great fun and great fitness.

Both of my girls attend classes in regents park and they both love it! My elder daughter has been going 4 years now and still enjoys the classes. Both girls are a lot more confident and martial arts has also helped them with focus and concentration in other area of their lives. Cannot recommend these classes more!
