        Me and five friends booked to stay at these apartments through booking.com on the 18th September for two nights. We were visiting from Liverpool to see a family member for her 30th Birthday, but due to the new government guidelines we were unable to make the trip. We completely appreciated that we were not entitled to a refund however I was really annoyed and disappointed when booking.com advised that they had spoken to the owner who refused to at least let us change the dates for when we could make the trip! We are still planning to make this trip when we can however I certainly will not be using this accommodation and I am going to advise my friends and family against using it too when we visit next year for the same friends hen party and wedding
