Arrived about an hour after emergency call out at the weekend. Diagnosed the problem and repaired within half an hour. Replaced gear mechanism and luckily had one in stock. Excellent service and such a relief that door was secure. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service - discovered our front door lock had failed late in the evening (in the winter) and someone was able to be with us the same evening, not too long after giving them a call. They were able to figure out what was wrong and, to start with, took the time to explain all the different options to get back into the house. From there, we also got the lock mechanism replaced by the company and again, all really clear and transparent. Info about the options, the cost of each, how long it would take, what to do in the meantime before the lock mechanism could get repaired and updates about ordering parts were all provided. No problems with the work on the day as well, very efficient and tidied up afterwards. Thoroughly recommended and many thanks to Luke, who responded to the call out, rescued a nightmare situation and carried out the fixes!
