Injoy Centre Southampton

Came here for a birthday party. They have made excellent use of the space and the kids loved it. Coffee was reasonably priced and tasty. Staff a little hit and miss. Was a little shocked at how little time you get in a party room though. The kids hadnt finished their food and the staff were asking us all to leave as they had another party! Would recommend but maybe not for a party.

Horrendous, my son was very lucky not to have been badly injured due to lack of staff and health and safety. There is no supervision of the trampolines, Ninja Warrior or soft play at all. We went as part of a pre paid birthday party too and there was absolutely no one to oversee teenagers and toddlers using the same equipment. It was it was total carnage. A huge/strong lad (14/15 years old) landed on my five year old on the trampolines and no one was there. He couldve broken his neck, if we did need first aid or an ambulance it wouldnt have come. Other places we have gone to like this there have been staff to oversee, a safety talk/film and designated areas for different ages. None of that here. Dont go with little ones.

My daughter loves it here, staff were very helpful and accommodating. Great venue. Highly recommended.
