Thanks to the timely professional advice and support from Dalvinder my parents finally got their visas approved. After being refused twice, I contacted RP Singh Solicitors to prepare a fresh application but instead, Dalvinder convinced me to go for judicial review and wrote the Pre Action Protocol letter. The home office overturned their decision at PAP Stage and granted visa to my parents within the due time which is very rare specially when had rejected it multiple times. I would highly recommend RP Singh Solicitors for their professionalism, knowledge and expertise in handling complicated immigration matters like mine. Dalvinder was specially very easy to talk to. He explained all possible outcomes of my case and very patiently and clearly answered the questions I had before deciding the next course of action. I cant thank him enough.

I would like to thank Raj for his tireless work he did for me. He applied for my ILR in time. Kept me informed at all times. He would call me if they were any developments from Home Office.
