        Read all the great reviews and then rang to ask to do some conveyancing and they said they were to busy to take anything on.

        Very poor service throughout. Every month delayed cost 1,150 in continued rent - they absolutely do not care. In the end the seller simply moved out, leaving the property vacant as she too was desperate to complete and move on with her plans too! There are two systemic problems: 1. They have too many cases. Any email sent receives an auto reply saying how busy they are and instructing customers not to chase them! 2. They work in a linear fashion and so (for example) it was only when the water company problem was sorted that they revealed that "Help to Buy" had a charge on the property. That could have been dealt with in parallel, saving time and rental.
