We have used the services of Ken & Agnieszka for the second time now when buying and selling properties and they did not disappoint this second time either. In fact, they exceeded themselves and managed to arrange for us to exchange within 10 weeks from opening our files. Avoid. My experience of this firm has been very bad. They are extremely slow to carry out work, and in my case they moved the file to another firm they had acquired, leaving it untouched for months and months. An uncomplicated probate case that is still not completed two years later. If you want to save yourself a huge amount of stress and a terribly poor service do not engage the services of Ackroyd Legal Limited or any firm they acquire.

I would give negative stars if i could. Completely unprofessional company with cowboy solicitors (Syed Hoque is the solicitor assigned to me and below description is what his behavior is and am certain its the same for people above him and David Ebert in general). Sent all required documents etc for sale of house, no response for weeks. Called them multiple times to get a status update and everytime was promised i would get a call back from the solicitor but never got any calls. No response to emails. 6 weeks later i got hold of Syed and he said they have been very busy and my documents are still in the post room and not even reviewed! On confronting him, he becomes aggressive and tells me i can have my document back as there are 80 other clients he is dealing with and all have same issues. so basically tough luck and the company saying they cant do anything and are not bothered what impact the customer has! Now the buyer side is getting frustrated as well understandably and i am at risk of the sale falling through. If there were delays, one would expect atleast being informed of it but nothing from these bunch of idiot jokers. Do yourself a favour go somewhere else where they care about customers and providing good service. These guys are a clowns! And if you ever get caught up with them, make sure Syed Hoque is never assigned to your case.
