Took my Discovery Sport here previously as Land Rover main garage attempted to scare me into a load of unnecessary work following an MOT failure. Brooklyn 4x4 sorted the minor problem for 70. Land Rover wanted over 400.
Second visit I took my Discovery Sport for its 2nd major service and an MOT, Brooklyn 4x4 were over 250 cheaper than the main dealer and provided me with a courtesy vehicle.
These guys know what they are talking about when it comes to Land Rovers, do not bother with the main dealer, they are a rip off merchant and clawing back lost revenue through covid by taking advantage of customers in for repairs!

Took my car here as we had squeaky breaks from a car we recently purchased
They gave the opinion that because the callipers where replaced but not discs and pads it was likely the discs and pads
After test driving and apparently putting up on a ramp Im told no squeak was heard
They could order breaks but not sure if this was the issue
The minute I left the garage the Squeak was heard
When I spoke to the manager he told me they cant fix what they cant hear or see and thats that
So I basically paid them for nothing it seems!
The manager also very quickly referred back to how Id been awkward with the seller of the car so it seems this garage chose to speak with the seller and make an assumption the squeak didnt exist when it very clearly does and Im unsure they actually made the effort to hear the squeak
I spoke to the director who didnt have much more to say other than pop back in but Ive already lost trust and money
Very disappointing
