Purchased a Wilks RX 550 pressure washer in April 2021 went to use it in the week and water just started coming out the trigger handle , contacted them spoke to Poutik it was under warranty they said that they were waiting for stock to arrive and they will let me know asap when their in next thing I know is I got a message they sourced one and its being sent out just waiting for DPD to deliver it , highly recommend this company , thanks guys regards Peter

I use a 1964 Massey 35 Tractor to move stored touring caravans around a secure yard. I needed a front winch to help me safely shift things around. I saw the reviews on this product and decided to give it a go. Its brilliant. Easy install and use. Perfect for my purpose

Bought a pressure washer less than a year ago. Used it a couple of times last year, all was fine then tucked it away in the garage. Brought it out to give the patio its first clean of the year and the pump was cracked. Contacted Union Mart to report the issue. After some back and forth with emails and images etc, they asked me to send the entire machine back (from Glasgow) at my expense. They were going to investigate then fix it and then send it back to me. I checked with different haulage companies and it was going to cost 95 for one-way haulage only. I asked if they could just send me the replacement pump and Id fit it myself and they insisted that they could not do that as they cant send pumps alone (yet they sell them on their website as spare parts). Ended up reluctantly buying the puon their website as it was the same price as returning the machine but without the hassle. Pretty poor service if Im honest. It wasnt a cheap machine (370). Firstly, it should have lasted more than a year and accepting that these things happen, they should definitely offer better after sale support than this arrangement which Im certain is designed to dissuade people from returning items. Update: Customer Services contacted me this morning, they have sent out the replacement part AND refunded me the 90 or so that I had shelled out for it. Gotta be honest, Im actually pretty impressed ultimately with their handling even if at first I was left disappointed. All is well that ends well and Im happy to re-evaluate my review. Im putting this upto a 4* review and hope thats deemed reasonable.

The winch remained in its box for more than 2 years and when the technician was available to install it, we noticed that one of the relays was faulty. After several exchanges of correspondence, I was able to purchase from Union Mart a new relay to replace the one that was defective and unfortunately no longer under warranty. The delivery was fast and the winch has been repaired, it is in service and it does its job perfectly. (Original) J'ai achet ce treuil en juin 2020 pour soulever une barque qui pse plus de 400 kg. Le treuil est rest dans son carton pendant plus de 2 ans et quand le technicien a t disponible pour l'installer, nous nous sommes aperu qu'un des relais tait dfaillant. Suite plusieurs changes de correspondance, j'ai pu acheter auprs d'Union Mart un nouveau relais afin de remplacer celui qui tait dfectueux et malheureusement plus sous garantie. La livraison a t rapide et le treuil a t rpar, il est en service et il fait parfaitement son job.
