Sarah has been fabulous, I was completely stuck trying to work out why my colour scheme in our new library wasnt working, I just needed a professional who would be able to spot it right away and that is exactly what Sarah did. She was responsive, professional, easy to use - send stuff by WhatsApp etc and we were able to do the session over zoom. She was also great value for money Im so glad I stopped buying the sample paint pots. Will definitely use her again - great if you dont want to spend lots of money on a full blown interior design service - to help us with other difficult design choices.. such as the next item-which rug to go for. Sarah was professional, insightful and creative with her ideas / concepts for my new bedroom design. She listened carefully to my requirements and quickly worked out my individual style and advised on colours, textures, furniture, placements of accessories...even down to the finer details of where to hang pictures, all of which gave the design the wow factor! Sarah was efficient and very easy to communicate with. The quality of the final design and the video produced to personally explain the design was brilliant and such a great service to include. We were unhappy with our open plan living space, whilst it looked modern, it lacked a homely feel and welcoming ambience. So the challenge for Sarah was to try and address that. Through an excellent consultative process via the "Design It" package Sarah really took the time to understand our requirements and came back with proposals that really reflected our discussions. We implemented all of her recommendations on furniture, colour and accessories. The result has been stunning, we are so pleased with our new space, Sarah completely fulfilled the brief and we highly recommend her services. Service: Refurbishment

I used Sarahs design it service to help with my living room design (from scratch). The process has been very smooth starting with a visit to my place for Sarah to be able to understand my preferences and measure up the place to know what kind of furnitures and decors would work well on my space. Sarah has been very responsive (both through whatsapp and email) and I received my first design draft after 2 weeks from the visit. She also provided a commentary on why she choose the placement of the furniture and other aspects of the design. I asked Sarah a lot of questions on very small things and she happily responded to all my questions promptly. I received 2 revisions as well for the design which is a very good value for the amount I paid for. In the end Sarah sent me tips on how to implement my design. I currently am still doing it but so far the tips have been very helpful. I also receive a trade discount for the sofa being recommended which is a huge cost saving for me (value of the discount was even more than the amount I paid to Sarah for the design service!) Thanks so much Sarah for your help, my living room gets more and more homey as I started to implement my design little by little. :)
