        Worst company ever full of liars. I have bought my insurance policy from them in 2019 cancelled within 14 days of time due to job issue. Paid 3300 and still waiting for my money refunded. Called them so many time they said we will refund your money within 60 days etc but no refund has been made at all . I am going to court to ask help about my money. I had enough but i am sure everyone should avoid them after reading this review. please ignore these people do not get trap.

        Absolute disgrace. Avoid as plague. Everything is fine for as long as you keep paying them but if you need something from this so called Company there are problems straight away. Have some refunds they owe me for removing vehicles from fleet policy. They tell you to wait for a refund for 60 days and after that time they still cannot process it and pay. One of my refunds was due on 03.01.2020 after 60 days and I still don't have it. Heard all sort of excuses from their employees as Director who apparently is the only one with access to their accounts is not bothered to answer the phone or reply to emails. Another refund due at the beginning of March so will be even more fun with getting back my money. Overall avoid them unless you want to hear lies that your refund has been sent but they have problems with sending proof of that via email. The worst company I have ever delt with. They don't even deserve this one star rating.
