Appalling service. Ordered online via Uber Eats. I waited 40 minutes for my order. It was due 10 minutes ago according to Uber. I looked at my phone and saw that thesy decided to cancel my order a mere few minutes prior to the estimated arrival time. I waited all that time for NOTHING. I had no contact from them whatsoever regarding the cancellation just that Uber said it had been cancelled via Grameen. I called Grameen, to find out the issue. They said my address was too far away, despite being able to order from the app. My main issue is that noone contacted me from Grameen at all. They had 40 minutes to do so, they didn't even have the politeness to drop me a message and explain. When on the phone I remained polite, although made it clear I was unhappy about the situation. The rude individual on the phone hung up. Lovely customer service. I'll never use them or their sister branch again.

The best Indian food we have our food delivered. Always on time and piping hot .My husband has the Vindaloo very brave he likes it hot .we have been ordering from Grameen Spice for over 3 years would not go anywhere else. You must give them a try

Probably the tastiest and freshest curry I have ever had, I eat a lot of curry! No oily greasy residue, could tell everything was cooked freshly as the shallots had a bite to them and some were still nearly whole. The chicken was lovely, had flavour and in no way dry, had a mixed grill starter and the lamb in there was so tender and tasty, salad crunchy and fresh and the dahl was probs best I have tasted. Chef deserves a pay rise as the food stands out of the crowd by far. Will make this our regular as could not fault 1 thing. P & C Sav, So19 7ld
