Awful service. Despite three people working (one lady with brown hair, one man with long brown hair and another gentleman) our order took ages. Two crepes ordered. By the time the first was finished the second came out. Rude staff and they didnt even give us plates or cutlery. We were given cardboard boxes. Frustrated at how this was deemed okay.

Polite service at the counter, and too many items on their menu to mention, but the quality of their products is excellent for customers with a sweet tooth. Be prepared to over spend your cash here. Wheelchair access is available to a section of their seating area only. No toilet access here.

Slightly disappointing that we had to wait 15 minutes to be ignored and turn around and leave. The team said they couldnt serve us as they had takeout deliveries to complete. So instead of serving customers in person, we were ignored and left. To the management team, it might be worth reviewing the set up so you dont get so overwhelmed with online orders that your other customers are completely ignored and waste a trip. Wont try again which is a shame.

I was delighted to find vegan shakes here! Completely unexpected, and very much appreciated! Staff was lovely and helpful, service could have been a little quicker. Still a 5 star experience! Thank you for the delicious shake, even my partner liked it (he is quiet fussy).
