Mid March this year I was in a car accident in my Hyundai se i20. As I was paying for the service plan, it meant I just had to call the aftercare service line to sort towing my car from the scene of the crash, all of the claim and just fill out a form of what happened with a company called Kindertons. This made the whole process easier and meant I was really keen to get another Hyundai car as theyd helped me so much. I contacted Hyundai and explained once I had my insurance claim monies come through I would be keen to get another car with them. Jack Sitch called me every week or so to check in with myself regarding how far the claim process was taking so we could organise driving another version of my old car. I ended up getting the Hyundai kona 2023 plate and Im super happy with it as it arrived pretty quickly, just before starting my new job. Jack wasnt pushy and very informative and overall an excellent salesman in terms of getting me what I wanted at a reasonable price and I also got the service plan deal too! He also managed to make sure I got the car quickly and the whole process was easier then Ive done in previous years. Ive been with Hyundai for a long time now and had 3 cars! The cars are really good quality for the price per month, the aftercare crash team were super helpful and the salesman there are very helpful and try hard to get you the new car as quick as possible!
