        I know one can't expect luxury for 45 but... I booked this place through Airbnb. From the very beginning there was 0.0 communication (except one auto-reply), leaving me worried for hours if I actually had a place to sleep in the evening (arrival later than the check-in hours). When I finally got to the room, I found a bed with a mattress that qualifies for immediate replacal (I actually had pain in my back in the morning). The last time the room was thoroughly cleaned is quite a bit ago as well. Water pressure in the shower is low, but not sure if that can be fixed easily. Breakfast was provided and was decent, considering the price.
