        Had reservation for 3 months only to be cancelled a few days before and transferred to another hotel as it's been marked "closed" even though it isn't (you can assume as to the reason). Don't touch Mercure hotel chain with a bargepole as it's French owned hotel chain so they are perfectly happy to shaft customers to make more profit off UK government subsidies instead. Utterly shambolic treatment of customers who had plans sorted out for weeks in advance

        Stayed here previously 3 -4 years ago . Bed and breakfast excellent choice , parking for a week, too,tea making in the room tv& wifi . Michael very helpful knowledge ,efficient. Booked taxi to port all included during my queries & booking ,highly recommended.
