Rooms: Warm. Comfy. Clean. Well light. Nearby activities: Lots to do nearby as stated in the email (very useful!). Lots of local pubs & restaurants. Safety: The safety in this property is very calming. There are indoor cameras in the walkways and kitchen (not in the bedrooms!) which is a nice accessory to make you feel safer during your stay. Walkability: Very easy access though out the whole house. Food & drinks: Kettle is easily accessible as well as the tea and coffees, there is also cereal and biscuits.

Rooms: Very clean and tidy, once I had worked out the TV, all was good, I slept very well Walkability: Most facilities that are required all within a 10-15 minute walk, I found the Rover on the High Street in Shirley, very accommodating and it opens at 08:00 for breakfast, excellent quality.

Luke was extremely helpful, kind and thoughtful when assisting me with re booking. The property was beautifully presented, clean and spacious rooms. Lounge area was comfortable and clean, kitchen was well equiped, tea, coffee and biscuits were available. Was a lovely stay, would definitely return to the property if needed to stay in Southampton
