As myself and the wife of patient are nurses it was suggested we give opioids . An unprofessional suggestion . No help given for 20 agonising days ,except one night .
His poor wife is an emotional wreck , and will never get over this experience, her abiding memory of her husband will be these last few hedious days.
No duty of care given on information on funding . How could you buy in fast track care if you're not told your entitlement and the funding is not supplied quickly?
