Hampshire Hose Services Ltd

I do not leave this review lightly as it is not something that I feel is fair as a rule. I have used Hampshire Hose for the last 20 years on and off but my experience since the business has been sold is that the quality of service is deteriating each time I try to use their service. I arrived at their works at 08.25 to be told that they open at 08.30 which is fair enough, we wouldn't make someone wait at our premises. At 08.35 despite all the staff stood having a chat with the works shutter door open someone unlocked the door to the counter then ran off and said someone will be with you in a minute. I commented the customer service is astounding to his back as it disappeared at a rate of knots. After a minute I gave up having just been to Pirtek who dealt with me swiftly in a friendly manner, it was a real shock to be treated as poorly at Hampshire Hose.

Amazing service always on time and reasonable price. The guys have always been helpful in sourcing unusual parts for us.
