Everyone else behind the counter including the manager just kept telling me to use the machine, didnt even look my way, didnt smile, not even an acknowledgement. Stood at the till for a while and the same lady came to check in on me and ask her team to help me, and even then they were hesitant despite me saying Ive tried scanning and manually entering the code.
Never have I experienced this kind of customer service at McDonalds before.
