If you have thick hair or if you are asian then i wouldn't recommend this shop at all. Also, customer service was okay but it was not perfect. The lady was bit aggressive and bit rude. However i would recommend this place for very sma occasion or if you don't have choice to go somewhere else. I would suggest to go the town or any other shop

Me and my sister went there together for her special occasion. She was welcoming before the service we get but after some disappointment we have asked her to change some styles in her hair but due to my sisters ver limited knowledge of english, she couldn't able to let the owner understand her feeling. The lady was not even letting her speak. PLEASE HAVE PATIENTS TO SPEAK AND CLEAR THIER THOUGHTS ESPECIALLY NON ENGLISH SPEAKERS. I just wondered that if she would be alone in that shop then that lady wouldn't let my sister speak and clear out what service she want. I would recommend. Sorry but i had to write this. I hope this will help you improve your service

Worst Experience. I do not recommend to anyone. Even after all they knew it was their fault and she asked me to visit back and she tried to straighten my hair but even after 2nd trial she didn't able to straighten my hair and then she said that it might be problem with your hairs. I can't believe she said that to me even I asked for refund but did not provided me and even suggested me to go the legal advise. Please before advising me why don't you learn first go to London and join academy. I can see now people has actually started giving bad reviews now wonder why
