Paulo and the team at Southampton are just brilliant, I am always welcomed like a friend, and everyone is very helpful. Lovely discreet location, nice small intimate salon which is good if you avoid hectic places. I can't thank Paulo enough for his care and attention over the last 2 years with my system; he listened to my initial difficulties with it and found a solution that works for me with a freeware system instead, which has been a complete miracle. He really has changed my life and that's no overstatement, thank you so much.

The Southampton salon is just perfect! Paulo runs the team superbly. There is always a wonderful, busy and happy team atmosphere in the salon, everyone helping and supporting each other. Recently I have been looked after by Leti who is professional yet emphatic and has a real talent for styling my hair. She is a very special young lady. It is easy to find and park outside. The railway station is a very short taxi trip, the Isle of Wight ferry is just around the corner and it is easy walking distance to the excellent shopping at West Quay. I recommend it as the best.

Ive been coming to the Southampton Branch for over three years now. I love it Im treated like a 5 Everytime I feel having this has changed my life, to not have hair I really found it hard to have pictures taken and didnt go out a lot but now I feel like a woman again. X so thanks so much to team there lovely Atmosphere .xxx
