Great club. Turned up for a visit. Everyone nice and friendly. No egos. Good level of technique. Would thoroughly recommend.

An absolutely class place to train! Could not ask for a friendlier or more welcoming vibe. You can step in as a complete beginner and feel comfortable that everyone understands what it is like to be new, and they will give you time and advice. The instructors are brilliant, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Additionally, the established higher-grade students have so much time for the beginners, always happy to chat on and off the mat about how to improve. Can't recommend NGMA enough for people who want to have a crack at a martial art.

Couldn't be happier with my experience at NGMA! The coaches are world class and truly care about their students' progress and well-being. The variety of classes offered, including boxing, BJJ, muay Thai, judo, wrestling, and kickboxing, keeps workouts interesting and challenging. The gym's commitment to inclusivity is evident in the diversity of the members and the welcoming atmosphere, it's super welcoming and accommodating of all levels from beginner to pro-athletes. I love the fact that it's a local business, that truly cares about the community and their members. It's also extremely clean which is really important. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness and explore their interest in martial arts.
