        Been training here for the past 2 months, the coaches and fighters here are all an incredible bunch and have really helped me to come out of my shell and now I'm fitter and more confident then ever before. Exile will forever have a place in my heart.

        I walked into this place not really knowing nothing Mike jones and Daniel bourne trained me for a charity event and gave me the best 8 weeks Ive ever had equally all the other coaches were always on hand to ask questions help us out even when they didnt have to THANK YOU EXILE thank you exile this will live me me for ever
