        My son trains here twice a week & I train once a week - we've been coming for over 6 months now it has a warm, Friendly atmosphere everyone is so welcoming. Rob is great at what he does and his experience shows in his different training styles - he also has the patience of a Saint with the kids class! Lol

        Visited this place once and its not a good gym, the coaches have very little experience in combat sport and theres a lot of false advertising going on & they dont have any Good fighters.
