Unfortunately there are only 2 (even one) doctor who is actually good and genuinely care about what you have to say, rather than trying to get you out the door asap. And the worst are the admin team who become extremely rude, patronizing and impatient if you dare question or inquire anything they say. For instance, if something doesn't make sense and someone asks about it, it doesn't mean they "don't believe" you, you're just not explaining the situation very well as someone in reception with knowledge while the person of the phone doesn't have knowledge thus require explanation. Why would any reasonable person "not believe" you or accept what you say as the receptionist if you're explaining the reason for the issue?

Been with this practice 30+ years and has drastically changed for the worst for the last 6 . Can never get through on the phones but when you do you are greeted with extremely rude receptionists management need to get these people on a customer service class ! There is no excuse, they are not rushed off there feet there is never anyone in the seating area and no one answers the phone even though there is 3 receptionist chatting and letting the phones just ring out. Can never get an appointment I think I have actually forgotten what my GP looks like? I agree with another persons review this practice should be closed down.

I needed to temporarily register my mum to this practice post major emergency surgery for wound drain and general wound care post op. Becky (nurse) and all the staff where extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping mum, we are both so greatful for all of their help and support - especially Becky the nurse shes is such an amazing caring nurse. I have been so impressed by this surgery I have decided to re-register my care here too. Thank you all again
