Really enjoyed the first vegan night at this very friendly pub. Food was lovely and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Wheelchair access was difficult, I needed help to get in and help to get to the toilet (I can walk a few steps with assistance), but once inside I could get around very well. Really hope they do another night like this one, or even better to put some of the things we tried tonight on the regular menu! The fish pie and the battered sausage were my favourite (our group of three tried everything between us, tapas style). Price was good too! Wheelchair accessibility: A completely non ambulatory wheelchair user could not access this pub independently. My husband helped me into the building by lifting the front of my wheelchair over the step, and I needed help up a couple of steps to the toilet.
