My family and I were extremely impressed with the excellent service we received from B Matthews in Woolston. Gill and Lee were very professional, caring & understanding when arranging our beloved Dads funeral. They listened sensitively and attentively to our wishes and helped us to provide a service which was very fitting to dads long life. Because of family circumstances we had just 10 days to organise everything. Gill and Lee were very mindful of this and everything was swiftly put in place to deliver a good send off for our 96 year old dad. We would highly recommend this funeral director.

Gill at the Woolston office was so considerate, courteous and genuinely sad for our loss and showed real interest in our mum and her life. She helped us through a very difficult time and kept us informed every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for more.
