David and Simon were both very helpful during the difficult time following my Dads death. They were very understanding and always there to help with any questions and provided emotional support to myself and my family. The service was exactly what we wanted and went so very smoothly, making a difficult day that bit easier. They thought of everything that might be needed and nothing was too much trouble. Planning a funeral is not something that anyone wants to do but with the right support you can do it. So a huge thank you to Waters and Sons for your invaluable help and support.

When my Mum passed away myself and my family felt lost. I was so nervous calling the funeral directors for the first time but I neednt have been. Tracey put me at ease straight away, she was so kind and understanding and knew exactly what we were going through. Everything from start to finish went smoothly, from that first phone call to the service. I am so grateful that they looked after my Mum. Sadly I couldnt see my Mum for the final goodbye that Id hoped for and when Tracey called to tell me I was heartbroken but I knew she was only doing what was best for me and protecting my final image of my Mum. Everything she did was because she genuinely cared. An amazing lady, thank you Tracey. Tracey also chose our celebrant Jo who was absolutely superb, I felt like she knew my Mum personally when she was talking about her. I hope it wont be for a long, long time but I know that when that time comes Ill be going straight to Waters & Sons.
