Dads funeral was the celebration we hoped it would be thanks to Waters and Sons. The team are just incredible. Alison worked hard behind the scenes making sure everything was in place and she put up with my endless questions. She was so kind and caring. David was the friendly face that greeted us every time we visited. We even shared a giggle when I picked up Dads ashes. Simon seemed somehow to know exactly what we wanted when we first met. He matched us with a celebrant called Liza Barber who captured Dad beautifully. Simon understood humour. He was happy to consider our suggestions and make his own. One the day of the funeral he and Liza had an air about them that just held everything together and we are so grateful.

Friendly and professional with a real family feel to their service. So glad that my dad had chosen them for his funeral through his funeral plan. Very grateful for the care and empathy shown at absolutely every step of the way. Felt very looked after and would recommend the whole team highly to anyone.

Having read the many positive online reviews that Waters & Sons has, our family decided to place our trust in them to arrange the funeral of my late brother, Jon. We are so glad we did, as the service Waters & Sons has provided has been absolutely faultless; from my first call to them, right through to the funeral service, itself, and even beyond that. I would mention, in particular, Marisa, who has been so caring, compassionate and professional throughout, as well as David, who ensured that, on the day, the funeral service went just as we had wanted it to.
