Dan made a miracle happen. After discussing finance options with many brokers for previous projects I realised that not only finding finance but finding someone to help was going to be an uphill battle. After many calls of mansplaining and bord uninterested responses I was recommended Dan and from the beginning he spoke to me as an equal.
