I first contacted Garry from Light Sky Mortgages 4 months before my house purchase. Garry went through my finances and very eloquently and concisely guided me about how much I would be able to afford. With Garry's thorough and well laid out plan in mind, I set about looking at houses and then got a feel for the type of house I was looking for. Garry arranged a mortgage in principle with ease and I was able to start making offers. Not only did Garry help with my mortgage, he also advised and assisted with my re-mortgage and was very clear and concise about the whole process. This is Dr. Tamjid Khan, from Sheffield. I came across to Lightsky Mortgages after getting a reference from one of friend. I was searching a reliable broker to apply for Mortgage. It was a bit tricky situation for me as I am not on ILR. On the very first day I had a chat with Mr. Garry Singh over phone. Awesome personality, - brotherly relation but was very professional throughout the whole process which gave me total peace of mind.
