        As a vital link for people who live on the island and for people who rely on it for commuting and hospital treatments in Southampton etc, this service is a living nightmare. All of the 5 star reviews seem to be experiences from one timer tourists who either got lucky or who view ferry transport as some kind of exciting novelty experience. If you live on the island or have to rely on crossing the Solent regularly for any reason other than leisure then youll understand why this company is so disliked.
