Dietary restrictions: Informed staff of celiac disease, she said ok put bread roll back got box & started to fill box with salad without changing gloves ,CROSS CONTAMINATION, right there .Why is it so hard for people to understand basic food hygiene , & dietary allergies.

It's the worst Subway I have ever been to. First of all, we couldn't see anyone at the counter. We walked closer, and the member of staff was sat on the floor looking at his phone. He said something, but we couldn't hear him, we waited and he just sat there. They had everything on display and all of the other food outlets were open. I will not be spending my money at Subway for a while and especially not this branch. This is not the first time we have received poor customer service from this Subway, we haven't been for a while so I hoped they would have improved, or it was a isolated incident. After reading other reviews, it seems like this branch is one to avoid! Kid-friendliness: Rubbish customer service. Just plain rude.

Cross contamination I mean food was nice but the person putting chicken in my sub dropped some chicken into another pot and then the guy making the salad put onion in my sun by mistake after the Mayo and lettuce was in it and he just put the onion back in the onion pot, what if someone is allergic to the stuff in my sub and ordered one with onions and has a reaction from the Mayo covered onion.
