Having used this company for business use, they responded promptly on an urgent reverse engineering capacity on a part we were unable to obtain. They worked through the night to meet the schedule, also going that bit extra and delivering in person to ensure we received the item. Would definitely use this company again, all personnel involved were very professional in handling this matter.

The lady I spoke to was so rude. It's like she was trying to be as unhelpful as possible... It just makes you feel terrible when people speak to you that way. Puts a downer on the whole day.
