Ash was excellent from beginning to the end, sorting the draft issue and changing the handle set on our front door (from electric to manual), at the same time as he was explaining everything as he went along. Recommend!

Cant recommend this company enough! Worth the slightly higher call out fee as in the end they saved me 400! Another company quoted me 49 as a call out fee but on inspection of my door and lock, I was advised the only option was to replace the lock! Starting with a 280 charge for drilling & a further 80 to replace the lock. Fortunately Id had an earlier conversation with Ash from So Locksmiths, who warned me that some locksmiths will tell you theres nothing else that can be done but drill! And this is exactly what happened to me! Fortunately Ash saved the day by having the right equipment which meant zero drilling or replacing of my lock! And only cost me 65 and a brief 30 minute wait for Ash to arrive!

Amazing service on a late Tuesday evening. So friendly and helpful and even offered help over the phone before coming out, the price doesnt damage the bank at all. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Southampton area, you cant go wrong.

Can't rate these guys highly enough.... They came and swapped out two completely different types of locks on our commercial premises today, both of which we didn't even have the keys for anymore.......highly recommend SO locksmiths!
