I needed advice on some products. It seems the staff know nothing more than what is in the catalog. I might as well have gone to Argos or screw fix if I had to decide on a product by looking in a book. I'm a musician I know nothing about electrical products, but I know that if I go into a music shop to buy a guitar I'll be served by a guitarist, If I wanted a violin I would be served by a violinist, staff that know their products. The guy that served me confessed that he is a chef by trade, and said he couldn't advise because of health and safety, in case I injured myself. I was not asking how to wire up anything just asking about the products.
