        Have used this charger before with no problems, but I see others having issues. Recently I came across a woman with her brand new EV, and she trying to remove the plug after getting no charge. She was literally crying with frustration. I phoned PP support who eventually helped release the plug and shut down the charger. I directed the woman to the 120kW Instavolt chargers down the street. More expensive, but simpler and reliable. Bad Pod-Point. Usually good, but not this time.
