Despite it taking longer than hoped for an appointment, the ladies at Tofs are all so polite and helpful, very prompt and efficient within the appointments too!

Iv had a problem with repeat prescriptions not being ready on time. When approached the management lied and contradicted themselves to attemp to cover their backs.

Can't get an appointment. Every time I call there are no appointments available. I'm told to ring back in the morning. When I do, there are no appointments available. I've had to self refer myself, & get prescriptions from on-line chemists at huge expense.

I wish to complain about my daughters recent experience when she contacted the surgery. She recently sent In a request for naproxen She contacted yourselves 24th March the receptionist told her it was with the doctor, but that there was no one in the surgery today to sign it, she then said ok, but before she was able to say anything else the receptionist hung up on her ! So my first point is we appear to have a doctors surgery that has no doctors ? Having someone put the phone down on you is completely unacceptable and un professional , we quite frequently get messages from the surgery reminding patients to be courteous when speaking to the receptionist , which I completely agree with however this is a two way street, I would expect your receptionist to be equally courteous. Whilst I am contacting you can you please advise what has gone wrong with the surgery that my family has been with for nearly 50 years, we struggle to get appointments the booking system is a joke with only limited periods available at any given time, you call in a morning but by 9:30 when you finally get to speak to someone you are told no more available phone back tomorrow ! I am led to believe that there are 4-6 doctors registered with the surgery but not aware of there being more than 2 on at any given day. When I have had to visit the surgery for. Blood test I expected to see the surgery bursting at the seams due to lack of availability, only to find myself sat in the room on my own !! I am not expecting a response, I will wait with baited breath
