the service at the clinic has deteriorated after the arrival of COVID19, currently the staff is poorly competent, the registration system is ineffective, as a patient I do not recommend this clinic, a simple blood test must be done at the Butterfly Clinic after talking to the Physio Unit Adelaide, currently the NHS service is playing ping-pong with the GP surgery! massacre

Just the worst, a few years ago try to see someone about getting a vasectomy. Went in and spoke to a GP who didn't know what to do then gave me the phone number of the surgery I was sitting in to phone and ask for help. Another time was told by 111 that I should go down there for terrible pain I had and that they would contact them. Got there at 3:40 and they refused to see me as the doctors were getting ready to go home. Ended up in the hospital. Place is always empty but nobody ever answers the phone or let's you in to your appointment on time. Moved to lordshill GP surgery last year and was the best decision I've made in a long time. This place needs some kind of management team out to be shut down.
