Lordshill Health Centre

I have been with Lordshill doctors for more than 30 years and have never had the need to complain, they set up a service whilst Covid was at its worse which has worked well, their receptionist are lovely and always go out of their way to help. I have had a lot of sickness over the last 2 years which has meant I need to phone on a number of occasions but have never been made to feel a nn a pest. All the doctors are kind and patient but I need to give a special mention of Dr Jenny Potts

No wonder they arent taking on any more patients when they Cant even offer a basic level of care to existing ones. Have called 4 times over the last few weeks for a simple appointment for my daughter, each time was told would receive a callback, none received. Unable to make a complaint over the phone or via email, we dont all have time to come in and fill in a paper form during opening hours. Reception manager, Sharon, is the rudest most unhelpful person I have had the unfortunance of dealing with. I thought lordshill hc would be better than Aldermoor, its worse!
