        The receptionist receiving the call in this surgery is dismissive and very rude. It would not try to help and pass my concern to the doctors. Very unapproachable.

        Just registered with them after being with my old Doctors for over 15years and Cant believe the difference. Such friendly and helpful receptionists and the Doctor took his time to check me over and explain everything in laymans terms.

        For the last year I have had frequent appointments discussing my poor health in which I never get a conclusion or solid answer, no follow ups and no effort put in to ensure I get the care I need. I am currently going into jobs not able to tell them why I need so much time off for sickness because nobody's taken me seriously. Receptionists are rude and I am never able to get an actual appointment unless it's life or death.
